We at Coforge are hiring Position (#21323) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and optimize automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Build AI-driven workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts, AI models, and modern automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to identify automation opportunities, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Automation Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience developing scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure technologies.
