Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans covering manual and automated scenarios for web applications and backend services.
- Design and maintain automated test suites to ensure regression stability during the migration from legacy to modern stacks.
- Perform specialized testing of AI/LLM components, specifically focusing on the accuracy and consistency of RAG-driven outputs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to validate "human-in-the-loop" interfaces, ensuring they effectively support engineer decision-making.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution within an iterative development cycle.Â

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Testing Fundamentals: Solid experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Automation Proficiency: Experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
- Agile Experience: Professional experience working within fast-paced, iterative development environments.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong capability for root-cause analysis and identifying edge cases in complex engineering workflows.Â

Preferred Skills:
- AI/LLM Testing: Familiarity with validating non-deterministic outputs from LLMs and RAG architectures.
- API Testing: Experience testing RESTful services and verifying data integrity between integrated systems.
- Modern Web Knowledge: Understanding of React and Angular architectures from a quality assurance perspective.
- Database Validation: Experience verifying data consistency across relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Cloud Platforms: Basic familiarity with the Azure ecosystem and cloud-based testing tools.
- Performance Testing: Experience with load or stress testing for high-demand engineering services.Â
