We at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead Fullstack - AI Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design for AI/LLM-integrated services, ensuring system integration and platform agnosticism.
- Implement features from backend (Python) to frontend (React), managing the migration from legacy Angular and .NET/Node components.
- Oversee the implementation of RAG patterns and Vector Databases to support automated engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure alignment between application requirements and data architecture (Databricks/Fabric).
- Provide technical guidance through code reviews and architecture workshops to ensure alignment with project standards.Â

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Python: Specifically FastAPI and building RESTful services.
- Frontend Expertise: Experience with ReactJS (TS/JS) and managing migrations from Angular.
- Backend Versatility: Experience with .NET/C# and Node.js.
- AI/LLM Architecture: Experience with RAG patterns and Vector Databases (e.g., ChromaDB).Â

Preferred Skills:
- Database Knowledge: Knowledge of MongoDB and relational databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with Azure ecosystem and Azure AI Services.
- Leadership: Experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
- Data Integration: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
- DevOps/Auth: Experience with Azure Cognito/Entra ID for authentication.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial engineering or hydraulics calculations.
- Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks for web applications and LLM components.Â
