Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Digital Analytics Engineerย to drive the implementation, governance, and optimization of digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role will act as the key analytics expert, connecting data collection, measurement frameworks, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making to help stakeholders maximize product performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the implementation and governance of digital analytics solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and BigQuery.
- Design, manage, and validate event tracking frameworks, including both client-side and server-side tracking implementations.
- Perform advanced data analysis using BigQuery and SQL, transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Serve as the central analytics expert, bridging technical implementations, data pipelines, and business objectives.
- Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor product performance and user behavior.
- Deliver strategic recommendations that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and measurement best practices.
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights and analytics expertise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, Web Analytics, or similar data-focused roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets in BigQuery.
- Experience analyzing real-time and high-volume data streams.
- Proven ability to translate analytical findings into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and digital measurement frameworks.
- Experience implementing and validating tracking solutions across web and mobile applications.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Role-specific Requirements
- Expertise in GA4 implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of digital measurement strategies and tracking architecture.
- Experience with server-side tagging and event tracking validation.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of customer journey analysis, product performance metrics, and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience working within Agile environments is highly valued.
