Important Information
Location: Singapore
- Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams inĀ onboarding to our internal DevOps platformĀ andĀ curated Azure services
- Drive theĀ re-platforming/migrationĀ of applications to cloud infrastructureĀ while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles
- Drive theĀ migration of CI/CD pipelinesĀ from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with development teams,Ā educating and enablingĀ them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development
- Contribute to improving the developer experience by creatingĀ templates, documentation, and training materialsĀ that simplify platform adoption
Requirement:
- Software engineerĀ with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
- Practical experience building and maintainingĀ CI/CD pipelinesĀ and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins ā GitLab)
- Strong understanding ofĀ DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
- Hands-on experience withĀ Microsoft AzureĀ services andĀ Infrastructure-as-Code
- Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus,Ā Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills ā able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working inĀ agile environmentsĀ (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
