We started Super.com to help maximize lives—both the lives of our customers and the lives of our employees—so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized. We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Group Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for our portfolio of everyday savings products—rebates, grocery coupons, gas coupons, pharmacy coupons, and future value‑add experiences that help our customers save money on the things they need most.
You’ll lead a team of Product Managers and cross-functional partners to build products that deliver real, measurable savings for millions of everyday consumers. Reporting to the SVP, Product & Design, you’ll be accountable for defining where we play in Savings, how we differentiate, and how we turn those decisions into products that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Super+.
If you’re excited by multi-product portfolios, love working at the intersection of consumer behavior, incentives, and economics, and want to shape how members save on their everyday expenses, this role gives you outsized ownership, visibility, and scope.
About the team
The Product team at Super.com is a high-performing, fast-paced group of product managers who care deeply about building meaningful, impactful products that help our customers experience more of what life has to offer. We champion three pillars of great products: data‑driven business outcomes, deep understanding of our customer, and a healthy dose of magic.
The Savings area brings together a set of value‑add products that help members stretch their dollars across categories like rebates, groceries, gas, and pharmacy. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Operations, Partnerships, and our Super+ team to define the Savings strategy, align on shared OKRs, and ensure we ship cohesive, high‑quality experiences across surfaces and channels.
What you’ll be working on
· Own Savings strategy and OKRs – Define, drive, and deliver on the vision, strategy, and success metrics for our Savings portfolio, aligning to company‑level and Super+ goals while clarifying what “great” looks like for everyday savings experiences.
· Lead a portfolio of Savings products – Oversee multiple PMs and Mission Aligned Teams working on rebates, grocery coupons, gas coupons, pharmacy coupons, and new savings concepts; ensure each team is solving the right problems with the right level of urgency.
· Shape the roadmap and product portfolio – Build and maintain a unified roadmap across Savings, sequencing work to maximize member value, improve engagement, and unlock new revenue and margin opportunities while managing risk and complexity.
· Drive measurable customer and business outcomes – Own key metrics such as savings per active member, activation, engagement, retention, Super+ attachment, and NPS within your domain; define the right KPIs, instrumentation, and experimentation plans with Data and Growth.
· Raise the bar on product quality and member experience – Partner closely with Product Design, UXR, Engineering, and Ops to ensure experiences are intuitive, trustworthy, and “magical,” with clear quality bars across discovery, redemption, and post‑purchase flows.
· Steer incentive and economics design – Collaborate with Finance, Partnerships, and Growth on pricing, offers, and rebate / coupon economics that balance member value with sustainable unit economics.
· Lead and develop product talent – Manage and mentor Product Managers, helping them grow their craft, operate effectively in ambiguous spaces, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and high‑quality execution.
· Be the connective tissue across leadership – Act as a key partner to GMs, vertical product leaders, Design leadership, Engineering leadership, Ops, and Partnerships to align direction, manage dependencies, and communicate what’s happening and why.
· Operate across strategy and execution – Zoom out to set direction and make portfolio trade‑offs, then zoom in to review PRDs, experiments, and launches, ensuring we ship on time, at quality, and with clear learning agendas.
What we’re looking for
· 7+ years of experience in B2C product management, in consumer tech, fintech, e‑commerce, membership/subscription, or savings products, with a track record of meaningful business impact.
· 2-3+ years managing multiple Product Managers and/or multiple product teams, including responsibility for performance, coaching, and career development in a fast‑paced environment with 1M+ users.
· Experience owning a multi‑product portfolio or cross‑journey area, with demonstrated ability to balance short‑term wins and longer‑term bets.
· Strong command of experimentation and analytics: defining success metrics, partnering on instrumentation, and using tools like Amplitude / data warehouses / A/B testing frameworks to inform strategy and iteration.
· Proven ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes, with clear examples of driving growth, engagement, retention, and/or profitability.
· Executive presence and communication skills—you’re comfortable presenting strategy, insights, and trade‑offs to SVPs, GMs, and cross‑functional leaders, and you can influence without relying on authority.
· Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity, paired with a structured, truth‑seeking mindset; you move quickly while bringing clarity, alignment, and high‑quality outcomes to the work.
· Ability to collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, Data, Growth, Ops, Partnerships, and Support, and to represent the voice of the customer and the business in complex trade‑off decisions.
Nice to have
· Experience in rewards, cashback, coupons, loyalty, or everyday savings products (e.g., grocery, fuel, pharmacy, rebate apps).
· Experience serving everyday American consumers, particularly value‑conscious or underserved segments.
· Background in membership or subscription businesses with a focus on engagement and retention.
· Familiarity with Super+‑adjacent spaces like travel, fintech, or earnings products.
