What you’ll do:

As a Product Manager, you’ll help orchestrate the deployment of Rhombus solutions across products, services, and other areas in support of client missions. Through deep cross-functional collaboration with our technical, client-facing, and executive teams, Product Operators drive delivery to the field and do whatever’s needed to get solutions into clients' hands. We are obsessed about engagement and keeping our finger on the pulse of how clients interact with our products. This helps us improve the user experience and evolve their operational tactics and techniques. We rapidly action client feedback and work with technical and client-facing teams to quickly address potential issues.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with senior executives and leaders of our multiple clients, working with these stakeholders to understand their needs, and then fully executing these partnerships from solutioning to implementation. You must thrive in ambiguous environments and be comfortable with manipulating data, writing product requirements, and troubleshooting application deployments.

This role requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence. Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI) is highly preferred. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive or facilitate cross-functional communication, collaboration, and execution (i.e., whatever it takes) to deliver our solutions to clients.
  • Identify and action opportunities to improve documentation, process, and program execution across client sites and functions.
  • Accelerate and scale operational solutions that help us.
  • Deliver value to our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Anticipate cross-functional operational challenges and proactively solve independently.
  • Build our product operations practice at Rhombus in partnership with executives and teammates across every function and level.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., software development, national security, etc.) or work experience is preferred.
  • At minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving technology company (start-up experience is highly desired), defense contracting, or operational military experience is required.
  • Experience with enterprise or government software development, delivery, and/or support is desired.

Salary Range

  • The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000/year to $170,000/year.
