Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IA Engineer with deep expertise in AI workloads, NLP, LLMs, and Voice APIs, along with strong hands-on experience in AWS and extensive use of Claude.

This role is ideal for someone who can design, build, and scale intelligent automation solutions powered by large language models and conversational AI. You will play a key role in architecting AI-driven systems, integrating voice capabilities, and optimizing model performance in production environments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
• Build and optimize voice-enabled applications using modern Voice APIs.
• Work extensively with Claude for prompt engineering, orchestration, and AI workflows.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines and services on AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Implement and maintain end-to-end AI workflows, from data ingestion to inference and monitoring.
• Fine-tune prompts, evaluate model outputs, and improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance in AI systems.
• Monitor AI system performance and implement improvements based on real-world usage.
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI best practices and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP techniques
  • Claude (Anthropic) for building AI-driven applications
  • Voice APIs and speech-based interfaces
  • AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.)
• Experience designing and deploying AI workloads in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or similar languages.
• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model optimization.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and handling structured/unstructured data.

  

Nice to have experience 

• Hands-on experience using Agentic AI to accelerate code implementation and enhance development productivity. 

• C++ knowledge and experience a benefit 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing: 

• Restful API design and implementation 

• AWS and Azure 

• Tools for scalable data processing: Kubernetes, Spark 

• Experience with Java 2D graphics or 3D OpenGL + CUDA programming. 

• Experience working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
