Cyber Security Engineer – IAM (SailPoint Implementation)

Mandatory Skills / Requirements
- Strong hands-on SailPoint implementation (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow) including application onboarding, connectors, identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certification campaigns, role modeling/mining, SoD policy configuration, and production rollout
- IAM / IGA engineering beyond operations/support including identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models, access governance processes, and identity provisioning architecture
- Integration of SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HR systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle), databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
- Hands-on development/customization within SailPoint including rules, workflows, connectors, APIs, and troubleshooting identity provisioning issues
- Security solution rollout from POC to full deployment, including UAT execution, migration planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Identity governance functions including access reviews, certification campaigns, role lifecycle management, and audit readiness
- Experience supporting security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, or internal audit controls) related to identity governance
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC) and directory services
- Scripting and integration knowledge (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, REST APIs) for SailPoint customization
- SailPoint certifications preferred
