What You'll OwnĀ
- Own the design, implementation, and evolution of features from concept through delivery.Ā
- Make sound engineering decisions by balancing user experience, technical quality, delivery, and long-term maintainability.Ā
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into well-designed solutions.Ā
- ContinuouslyĀ identifyĀ opportunities to simplify systems, reduce technical complexity, and improve the way we build software.Ā
- Drive improvements to engineering practices, tooling, and theĀ developerĀ experience through technical leadership and collaboration.Ā
- Contribute to the evolution of our architecture, tooling, and engineering standards.Ā
- Leverage AI-assisted developmentĀ tools responsiblyĀ to improve engineering effectiveness, quality, and delivery.Ā

- Typical candidates for this role have 6ā8+ years of professional software engineering experience. Equivalent experience andĀ demonstratedĀ capability are equally valued.Ā

- Experience building or contributing to shared UIĀ componentĀ libraries or design systems.Ā
- Experience working closely with UX and Product from concept through delivery.Ā
- Experience designing or integrating with backend APIs and distributed systems.Ā
- Experience driving technical initiatives or influencing engineering practices across teams.Ā
- Experience working in cybersecurity environments.Ā OT, or ICS are a plus
